- Day Definition -

* Price is calculated on the basis of 24 hours units. (For example if the return time is over midnight but less than 24 hours it still counts as 1 day.

* When renting a car, please specify the exact time for taking and returning the car (hour and minute)

* Time stated for taking and returning the car should be on a 15-minute span, such as, 00, 15, 30, or 45 minute (plus hour)

Example 1:

Rented car at 12/10 10:00 AM, returned car at 12/17 10:00 AM

17-10=7 (in this case 7 days)

Example 2:

Rented car at 12/10 10:00 AM, returned car at 12/17 10:15 AM

17-10=7 days plus 15 minutes; 15 minutes in addition to 7 days (in this case 8 days)

- Important Notice -

1. Age limitation: the minimum driving age is 21 years old. Drivers over 21 years and under 25 years old should pay AUD 8.8 (tax not included) per day. The actual amount is determined in accordance with local regulations. Driver should hold a valid license for at least 1 year.

2. Requirements of Picking up cars:

．All drivers' driver licenses (both domestic and international driver licenses are required)

．Main driver's valid credit card

3. Deposit: AUD 200.00 to 1,000, and plus taxes (subject to adjustment by car suppliers)

4. Return the car with full tank of fuel.

5. Renter should pay for vehicle tolls, congestion charge, speed ticket, parking fine, traffic fine, and all related usage costs.

6. In case of adding more drivers, a fee of AUD 11.0 (tax included) will be collected per person per day and paid on site. The actual amount will be determined in accordance with local regulations.

In case of rental car damage, generally the driver should take only partial responsibility and not to cover all costs. Such protective measures apply to all authorized driver declared to the rental car company.

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)

Third Party Liability covers any property damage liability of the driver within the scope of contract, not including the car rented. It also includes injury incurred by other parties, whether they are caused by the rented car or not.

Theft Protection (TP)

Theft Protection: in the event of damage incurred as the rented car is stolen or damaged in the process of being stolen, a certain amount of cost is ministered to the driver and lower the overall cost the driver needs to paid. Theft Protection does not include personal impact, while the impact could be covered in the driver's travel insurance.

Retained losses in collision car insurance is AUD 3,300.00 (tax not included).
